Learn how to free yourself from anxieties with these 3 easy steps

I am a big believer in taking control of your own life and anxiety will try and keep you from it. I have a lot of experience managing my own anxiety and helping other managing theirs. Here are 3 simple steps that works every time:

- Breath: sit down, take deep breaths and tell yourself "everything is going to be fine"

- Meditate: nothing like being in control of your mind

- Exercice: even a short 10min walk can make enormous improvements

You are magic and you can do absolutely anything you put your mind to!
